Boxby giveaway terms and conditions

 

1. Initiator
1.1 The initiator of this competition is Boxby. Boxby is a brand of Scholtus Special Products B.V., located at De Hooge Hoek 44, 3927 GG in Renswoude, the Netherlands. After this, only Scholtus Special Products B.V. will be discussed as holder of the trademark right.

2. Participation
2.1 Participation in promotions is free.
2.2. Scholtus Special Products B.V. employees and people from affiliated companies are excluded from participation.
2.3 Each participant can participate in the promotion once
2.4 Participants are required to provide correct, current and complete information when participating in a prize contest.
2.5 Participants must comply with the Social Media Advertising Code.
2.6 The personal data produced in the context of competitions are used by Scholtus Special Products B.V. for the competition and will not be provided to third parties.

3. Promotion period
3.1 The duration of the promotion is stated in the description of the prize draw.

4. Prizes
4.1 The winner's draw will be random and impartial.
4.2 There will be no correspondence about results.
4.3 Prizes cannot be exchanged for money.
4.4 Name, address and place of residence of the winners will only be used for sending products.

5. Final provisions
5.1. Within the framework of this competition, personal data of the participants is collected; this only concerns the name, address, place of residence data and e-mail addresses. This data is used solely for the settlement of the prize draw. The data will not be used in any other way. Participants can invoke their legal rights to information and withdrawal.
5.2. If a participant violates the conditions, Scholtus Special Products B.V. has the right to exclude this person from participating in this promotion. Persons who use unauthorized devices or who otherwise gain unfair advantage through manipulation are also excluded from participation. Participation via competition associations or automated services is not permitted. In the event of a violation of these terms and conditions, prizes may subsequently be declared invalid and reclaimed.
5.3. In the event that, for technical or legal reasons, it cannot be guaranteed that the competition will be carried out in an orderly fashion, Scholtus Special Products B.V. reserves the right to change these conditions of participation, or to cancel the contest without notice and without a reason.
5.4. Dutch law applies to participation in the prize draw.
5.5. If individual or more of the present conditions, in whole or in part, are or become ineffective or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid. A corresponding valid provision will then replace this.
